Nourishment. What we put into our mouths is the foundation of moving toward or away from health.
Food is not just fuel. It is meant to be enjoyed. It is meant to be experienced with all of our senses and to be an opportunity to commune with yourself and others. I want you to learn to nourish your body, and not to view food as reward or punishment, but as central, powerful and pleasurable on your journey toward vitality.

So far in 2018, my husband Andy and I have made a lot of changes in the ways we live and consume. Here are some of the changes we have made so far, and my intention is to continue to share the journey with you and be a resource for you.
